Water Conservation Notice

Summer is here! The North Shore Water Utility is reminding all residents to conserve water. Level 1 Water Restrictions are now in effect. 

Level 1 Water Restrictions are typically in effect from June 1^stto September 30^thregardless of seasonal weather patterns. These restrictions apply to all customers of the North Shore Water Utility.

Level 1 Water Restrictions

• Lawn sprinkler or irrigation watering is only permitted between 4 am – 9 am or 7pm – 10 pm every other day. 
• Even numbered houses may sprinkle on even numbered days of the month (2^nd, 4^th, 6^th ) and houses with odd numbered addresses may sprinkle on odd numbered days of the month (1^st, 3^rd, 5^th etc.)
• Filling/ refilling of indoor and outdoor swimming pools is acceptable. Please contact the NSWUat (250) 509-2222 or [email protected], before filling or refilling your pool.
