North Shore Water Utility Response to COVID-19
March 23, 2020
To Our Valued Clients,
Due to the recent events that are taking place around the world and in our community regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, AquaDiversities Waterworks Inc. wanted to take this opportunity to reach out on behalf of the NSWU since we own and operate your Provincially regulated private water utility.
It is always been a priority to maintain the safety and wellness of our staff, clients and families that we work with. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada, Center for Disease Control and, the World Health Organization.
As our companies provide essential services, we have and are taking this Pandemic very seriously. We proactively made the decision the second week of March to encourage our staff to work from home and self-Isolate to help reduce the risks of exposure.
Our office, service and on-site staff are cross trained and they are implementing social distancing and other safe work practices so that we can continue to support our clients.
We have ensured that all our staff is equipped with the resources to continue working on current and upcoming projects and contracts with the least amount of disruption possible. Rest assured that we have consumables in stock to ensure water quality for the facilities we operate and maintain.
At this time, we are asking that clients remain away from the office and direct any questions, concerns and emergencies to the following contact:
Phone: (250) 509-2222
Email: [email protected]
Please note that we accept payments by EFT, Cheque or online through Quickbooks.
