Effective Immediately, the North Shore Water Utility has rescinded the Water Quality Advisory issued on March 19, 2026.
Ongoing, routine testing demonstrates that water quality is within the Canadian Drinking Water Guidelines with turbidity consistently below 1 NTU.

The NSWU has issued a Water Quality Advisory as a precautionary measure due to increased turbidity as a result of snow melt and precipitation. THIS IS NOT A BOIL WATER ADVISORY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOIL YOUR WATER UNLESS YOU HAVE A COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM. Customers will be notified when the water quality returns within operating tolerances and this advisory is rescinded.
